This card/certificate is transferable but is not replaceable if lost or stolen and should be treated as cash. XTREMEBEAUTY CENTER is not responsible for loss, theft, or mutilation of this card/certificate. This card/certificate cannot be returned. This card/certificate cannot be redeemed for cash except in accordance with applicable law. Face value of card/certificate is in Canadian dollars. Unauthorized resale will invalidate this card/certificate.
When properly authorized, this card may be redeemed for services at XTREMEBEAUTY CENTER. Appointments or reservations are subject to availability. XTREMEBEAUTY CENTER may accept cards/certificates as payment for goods at their own discretion.
